Billie Tuel

Billie J. Tuel, 67, of Peculiar, MO passed away on June 7, 2010. Memorial services will be held at the United Methodist Church in Dayton, Iowa, on Saturday, June 19, 2010, at 10:30 am. Rev. Keith Putney will officiate. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m., until the time of services at the church. Burial will be in the Dayton Cemetery. Carson - Stapp Funeral Home in Dayton is in charge of the arrangements.

Billie J. Tuel was born August 29, 1942 in Fort Dodge, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Katherine (Richey); husband, Danny Westphal; brothers, Timmy, Mike and Dale Tuel.

Survivors include 4 children and their spouses: Toby Fraser (Regina) of Rancho Mirage, CA, Scott Fraser (Rhonda) of Winsor, CO, Michelle Edson (Jerry) of Lee's Summit, MO and Traci Board (Dennis) of Hutchinson, KS; stepsons: Todd (Debbie), Troy, and Darrin (Ann) Westphal; sister, Beth Hagge of Winthrop, Iowa; sister-in-law, Pat Tuel of Stratford, Iowa; 3 grandsons: Michael Fraser, Cory Edson, Eli Fraser; granddaughter, Cassidy Edson; 3 nephews; 2 nieces and 12 step-grandchildren.
