Brad Henrichs

Bradley Leon Henrichs, 38, of Boxholm, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 2, 2011.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, June 5, 2011, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Boxholm. Pastor Rod Meyer will officiate. Visitation will be Saturday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Boxholm.

Brad was born on March 25, 1973, in Boone the son of Gary Henrichs and Ann (Hedblom) Henrichs. He graduated from Ogden High School in 1991 and then from Grand View College with a degree in criminal justice. Brad loved farming with his dad and was passionate about raising and caring for animals. He enjoyed the outdoors and previously worked for the DNR. He treasured the time he spent hunting, fishing, and playing cards. Brad's family and friends were his life and he loved spending time with them.

Survivors include his father, Gary Henrichs of Boxholm, mother, Ann McKenna of West Des Moines, brother Kevin (Chandra) Henrichs, and his nieces, Alexia and Kamryn of Des Moines, Grandmother, Dorothy Henrichs of Boxholm. He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Harold and Josephine Hedblom, Grandfather, Leon Henrichs and Aunt, Gwen Reutter.

Memorials may be directed to the family to be used at their discretion.
