Cynthia "Cindy" Weyer

Cynthia S. Weyer, 58, of Boone, Iowa passed away on Monday, April 5, 2021 at Grandview Healthcare Center in Dayton, Iowa.

Cynthia Sue Ferguson, daughter of Ronald and Donna (Anderson) Ferguson was born on June 21, 1962 in Boone, Iowa. Cindy graduated from the Boone High School in the Class of 1980.

Cindy loved working at Beloit Residential Treatment Center in Ames and Head Start Early Access in both Ames and Boone. She also worked at Genesis Development for over 9 years.

In June of 2006, Cindy married Darrin Weyer at the Christian Church in Boone, Iowa. Cindy enjoyed motorcycling and celebrating with family and friends. She especially loved time spent with her grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Cindy is survived by her daughter, Amanda Ferguson; three grandsons, Aiden McCoy, Thomas McCoy, and Leeven Ferguson all of Gilbert, IA; brother, Rodney Scott Ferguson of Okoboji, IA; aunt, Karen Keech of Story City, IA; cousin, Kevin (Dianna) Keech also of Story City; and her God sister, Terry Oats of Canyon City, CO.
