Dolores Jebron

Dolores M. Jebron, 94, of Dayton, Iowa, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018, at Grandview Health Care Center in Dayton.

Funeral Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 3, 2018, at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Dayton. Pastor David Bergstrom will officiate. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., at Carson ~ Stapp Funeral Home in Dayton. Burial will be in the Dayton Cemetery. Dolores Marie Elm was born on March 19, 1924, in Vincent, Iowa, the daughter of Victor and Bertha (Davidson) Elm. She moved to Dayton with her family in 1939. She graduated with the Dayton High School Class of 1942.

On December 5, 1948, Dolores was united in marriage to Raymond Joseph Jebron at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Dayton. The couple made their home in Dayton where she worked at several downtown businesses, retiring in 1981. Raymond passed away on July 15, 2005.

Dolores was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church in Dayton. She enjoyed crocheting.

Survivors include her son-in-law, John Bolton of Boone, Iowa; two grandsons; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Her parents, husband, Raymond J. Jebron, and her daughter, Evelyn Bolton, preceded her in death.

Memorials may be directed to the discretion of the family.
