Judy Mae Freeman

Judy M. Freeman, 71, of Norwalk, Iowa, passed away at her home on Saturday, September 28, 2024.

A memorial service for Judy will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at Carson-Stapp Funeral Home in Ogden, Iowa with Reverend Heidi Farmer officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until the time of service on Thursday at the funeral home.

Judy Mae Morgan, daughter of Cecil and Marion (Harson) Morgan was born on June 15, 1953 in Spencer, Iowa. She graduated from Alta High School with the class of 1971. Following high school, Judy was united in marriage to Terry Freeman. To this union, a son Brad and a daughter Kristi were born. The couple later divorced. Judy worked for many years at Sonoco Products in Boone. 

In addition to her parents, Judy was also preceded in death by her daughter, Kristi Freeman; three brothers, Jim, Chuck and Ken Morgan.

Survivors include her son, Brad (Shawna) Freeman of Indianola; two grandsons, Hunter (Emma Bishop) Freeman of Olathe, KS, Brady Freeman of Indianola; her brother, Rod (Laura) Morgan of Rembrandt, IA; her sister, Kathy Morgan of Cody, WY; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
