Juliann F. Bray, 59, of Lehigh, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge, Iowa.
Private family funeral services for Juliann will be held at the United Methodist Church in Lehigh, Iowa. Pastor Philip Berger will officiate. Burial will follow at West Lawn Cemetery in Lehigh. A public visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at the United Methodist Church in Lehigh. Face coverings and social distancing will be required.
Juliann F. Smith, daughter of Roger and Judith (Bunting) Smith was born on August 1, 1961 in Fort Dodge, Iowa. She graduated from Central Webster High School in 1979. Following her education, she worked at Electrolux in Webster City for over 30 years until the plant closed. She then attended classes at I.C.C.C. where she graduated in 2013 with her degree in accounting. Juliann worked briefly at Heartland Communications before she began her accounting career in May of 2014 at Van Diest Supply Company in Webster City.
On May 6, 2006, Juliann married James Bray at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Webster City. The couple continued to reside in Lehigh.
Juliann was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Webster City. She loved spending time with her family. She also loved attending all of her children and grandchildren’s activities throughout the years. She enjoyed the outdoors, was an avid Iowa Hawkeye’s fan, loved car racing and her dogs.
Survivors include her loving husband, Jim Bray of Lehigh; three daughters, Toni (Wayne) Hutchins of Ogden, Janet (Chris) Sullivan of Lehigh, Caitlin (David) Martin of Tucson, AZ; her eight grandchildren, Mason, Jilliann, Kailee, Adrian, Kendall, Paisley, Victor, Ayden, and one in the oven! Juliann is also survived by her father, Roger Smith of Lehigh; her sister, Kathy (Rick Keenan) Swenson also of Lehigh; and her brother, Bob (Chris) Smith of Woodward.
Juliann was preceded in death by her mother, Judith Smith.
