Ogden, IA – Marjorie Ann Hibner, formally from Charles City and a resident of the Ogden Manor since 2004, met with her Lord Jesus Christ on Sunday, March 12, 2017, at 03:35 a.m.
Marjorie Ann Baker was born on November 9, 1935, in Mason City, Iowa, the daughter of Wayne and Clara (Symes) Baker.
Marjie, as she like to be called, enjoyed many things in life. She was always a homemaker and enjoyed puzzles and reading. As a young lady, she had a passion with sewing and gardening. Her heart was with God and children.
She is survived by her children: Alan Joseph Hibner (Kathi) of Anderson, CA.; Cynthia Lee Huston (Melvin) of Keithsburg, IL,; Barbara Elaine Vynkie (Scott) of Moline, IL.; Merlin Duane Hibner (Mary) of Garner, IA,: Edward John Hibner (Melanie) of Charles City, IA.: Linda Stoner of Ogden, IA., and sisters Jean (Tom) Schwartzoff of Charles City, IA,; Carolyn Stanbrough of West Union, IA.
She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Clara Baker,; sister Nancy Chambers,; husband Joseph Dean Hibner,; daughter Debra Kay Baker,; twin great grandsons David and Samuel Lokenvitz.
Marjie will be laid to final rest next to her husband and parents at the Rock Grove Cemetery in Nora Springs, Iowa, at a later date.
