Thelma Fae Madison, 74, of Ogden, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2011, at the Ogden Manor.
Thelma's body has been cremated. A private family memorial service will be held at her home in Ogden. Burial will be at Glenwood Cemetery in Ogden. Carson - Stapp Funeral Home assisted with the arrangements.
Thelma Fae Klinge was born on August 21, 1937, in Hanston, Kansas, the daughter of Harry and Pearl (Kline) Klinge. She attended schools in the area of her birth. On February 8, 1958, Thelma was united in marriage to Kent Madison in Lewis Township in Iowa. To this union four children were born: Cynthia, Peggy, Lisa, and Jason. Thelma and Kent lived in Omaha, Nebraska, before moving to Ogden in the mid 1970's. Kent passed away in 1996. In October of 2010, Thelma moved to the Ogden Manor.
Survivors include three daughters, Cynthia Madison of Ogden, Iowa, Peggy Madison of Phoenix, Arizona, and Lisa and Rick Yorke of Jacksonville, Florida; one son, Jason and Bobbie Madison of Boulder City, Nevada; eight grandchildren; two great granddaughters; one sister, Darlene Howe of Kansas; and two brothers, Melvin Klinge and Billy Klinge both of Kansas. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Kent Madison.
Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
